Privacy and application data

Morgan POLLET manages this recruitment. Contact: morganpollet@yahoo.fr. With your consent, the information you provide is used only to assess your application, compare testing configurations and contact selected testers. Applying does not guarantee a place.

Applications are stored in a private server-side database on ChatGPT Sites infrastructure. They are not displayed publicly. Morgan may review and compare applications with an AI assistant through his authorised account. No automatic email, licence or acceptance message is sent on submission.

Once selection is complete and delivery of the software to the selected testers has been confirmed, Morgan will close recruitment and delete the application records from the active recruitment database. Infrastructure security logs and backups, if any, follow the hosting provider’s retention policies. Application data will not be used for marketing.

You may withdraw your consent or request access, correction or deletion by contacting the address above. You may also raise a concern with the French data protection authority, CNIL. Only share information needed for testing; do not include passwords, licence keys, hardware serial numbers or medical information.
